Begonia semperflorens as far as I can see but the picture is rather indistinct. It needs a new pot fast. Or it can go outdoors but it won't take frost.

Flora, I wouldn't risk it in a pot either, but when they can establish roots past the awful-ball-of-store-bought-peat, they are hardy here, even over this past record-breaking winter. Makes a fine house plant though, if one isn't confident about putting it in the ground.

They make a fine potted plant, or in-ground.
