Name That Plant!

Is this poisonous??

It showed up two years ago under this apple tree. I've been watching it, curious to see what it does. It looks like it could be related to a poison hemlock....(what do I know?) Here's a couple of pix. The one with Bo, my chocolate lab is just to give a scale.

Yes, Sambucus aka Elder. The red roses behind are a bit confusing. Initially I thought they were berries.
