Water plant with white flowers

This small plant was at the water's edge on a pond. Stems with leaves were less than 6 inches tall. Each flower had 6 white petals, and was about 1 inch across. Some flowers had a single petal with two raised, yellow spots that probably serves as a runway for the pollinator.

Probably Heteranthera limosa. Neat plant.
