| That tree looks more like it is simply a physical support for a vine growing up it. If you would like an ID, we need some close up images of the leaves on the tree.....and of the vine. We also need to know your general location. |

| The fuzz can be seen to have the typical structure of corkscrew willow shoots, it is not vine growth. Lower down you can even see that it is sprouts from the trunk. |
