Does anyone know the name of this plant. It's growing well in a sunny, dry spot.

Sedum, though I don't know which one (I'll bet someone here, will.)

Some sort of upright sedum (Hylotelephium.), like 'Neon' or 'Brilliant'.

Looks a bit like the "Strawberries & Cream" variety.

Hylotelephium spectabile.

Compare with the cultivar 'Matrona'.
