Can you ID this beauty?

This is growing in planters all around Chicago this summer! Does anyone know what this flat leaf, purple plumed beauty is? Please help! I'm obsessed!

It's an ornamental millet.

That particular cultivar is called "Jade Princess", I believe. You can buy the seed and grow it yourself, if unable to find it at the garden center.
