Wildflower?

First, the flower color is light lavender and not white. Likely a wildflower or perennial, but barely possible it's an annual. I never planted it; just showed up this year in a few places and I moved them to a single spot. The flower is about an inch and a half in diameter, five petaled. Stems are not fuzzy or square. Height seems to top out about 6-9 inches and so far it's only flowered at the tops.
