I am sorry to say this but this looks just too unreal.
I suspect this is photoshopped.

When you google the image it appears with other plant images and it doesn't appear that they would have been photoshopped. I think you could write to the photographer and see if she can i.d. the tree.

Certainly a eucalyptus of some sort. Many species do have rather intensely colored new growth but maybe not to this extent. I think camera angle and sun conditions are having an influence.

A level adjustment in photoshop can give it this appearance, it's very beautiful but I suspect the colors have been enhanced.
