The plant is young- about 6-8 months old.

Looks like a kalanchoe to me.

I'd compare to Kalanchoe blossfeldiana.

Thanks! I'm thinking Kalanchoe as well. I think ellacombianum's leaves are a little too elongated for it to be a match.

Compare your plant to Swedish Ivy, Plectranthus verticillatus.

To me, the venation and stems don't look like Swedish ivy.

But the leaves seem too thin for Kalanchoe, and probably too thin for a Sedum.

Could you tell us how wide the pot is, or post another photo with a ruler or something which would show the scale?
