One other mystery plant in same area

I thought at first it was one of my bulbs planted... dahlias and blazing star.. now about 2m tall... i might of planted another bulb type as well... but cannot find the package and corresponding plant tag... no other plants like it growing anywhere else on property or at nearby natural local prarie nature park... any help would be appreciated... agastache family?

These could be my late summer dahlias... Bought the bulbs from a reputable, but large company, so maybe a mixup.... No flowers yet which makes it hard to I'd.. Just 6 feet tall and growing... Thanks for the help

Amaranthus, if it has thorns it might be A. spinosus.

Yep. Dahlias branch differently and have different leaves.

Thanks all, at first they looked like some blazing star tall varieties, but then went crazy... Pulling them out tomorrow.... Grew 3+ feet in a week... Never a good sign
