Any clue what this is?

No idea what it is or where it came from. I wouldn't have even noticed it except a few weeks ago these red and pink flowers started popping up, so now I'm curious. The area back there is filled with all kinds of wild/random plants, no one goes back there or mows or anything. Just to even get back there you have to hop the fence. There's not usually anything with color back there, though.

Thank you very much :)

I guess it's safe to leave it alone then. Someday soon I'll be going back there to cut down all the weeds and poison ivy/oak and what not.
