Looks a bit like Lophostemon confertus.

yes I think it might be Lophostemnon confertus. common name Brisbane Box. Tough, fairly well-behaved tree that can take hot dry climates.

This tree is located in Anaheim, California.

I'm not sure if it blooms. I admire the height and fullness of leaves plus how skinny the trunks are. We are doing some landscaping and think this tree would be perfect if it stays the same size.

Should I go back and take better pictures of the trunk? Leaves?
