Bark and leaves look like Quercus macrocarpa, however I don't know many of the oaks that occur outside the northeast.

Quercus macrocarpa,aka Bur Oak was my first choice but like you,I wouldn't expect to see it in the NW. However I have 4 in Cenral Tx my Granson helped plant from acrons in 1996 and they are beautiful. At the time I had 3 pecan trees(and still do) that were planted in 1964. The Bur Oak are now larger and by far bettter better shade than the pecans. I live on acreage with several different species native to Tx. The Bur Oak has never been effected by drought nor pests while every other species has suffered from somthing that required corrective action. OP,how do you "KNOW" it was grown in Oregon? More important,do you see others like it?

Thanks. There was a tag that said "grown in Oregon". It also said oak, but it was missing the other tag that said what type of oak.. I have seen others that look similar but this one seems to have bigger leaves.
