The red seedpods resemble those of sedum; there are 6-7 parts from each flower: I don't know how likely that number is for sedum (which from the little I know would be more likely to have 5-6 parts per flower).

Further, there look to be yellow-brown and definitely succulent leaves below the seedpods: those leaves could be a sedum.

At the middle of the bottom part of the photo are a few leaves of a blue-green rosette which might also be a sedum -- though they don't particularly look like a match for the yellow-brown sedum-ish leaves below the seedpods.

Can you tell us where you found this? Someone may know which wild sedums/stonecrops are likely to be found there.
