What vining weed?

I found a few of these growing this year. There are immature thorns all over it. Or maybe that is their final size and makeup.
I though it was kiwi before it started getting the spikes because I had planted some kiwi seeds that looked like this.
Oh well.

Rubus, could be Rubus phoenicolasius, wineberry.

Not blackberry, or at least not any I've ever seen.

Definitely wineberry, an invasive species in New York.
