| It looks like this tree needs more sunlight than it is getting, as the leaves are sparse. The leaves are leathery (some turning yellow) and there are berries. The tree has multiple stalks. Can anyone ID it?
Here is a photo of the tree:

| Yes, a camellia. It is natural for it to have some yellow leaves at this time of year as, although it is evergreen it does shed old leaves annually. Also the fact that it has fruit means it flowered last spring so it is reasonably healthy. However, you are right it does look a bit scrawny. The leaves appear to mostly facing towards the fence. Is there something shading it where the camera is? Or have you just cleared away some other shrubs from in front of it? You could prune it but without improving the light it will get leggy again. However they do not need full sun and can cope with quite a bit of shade. |

| Yep Camellia. Probably C. Japonica. Can you show us a picture of the flowers? By the way, the sunlight volume looks ok to me. |
