I think it's an annual?

I ordered a bunch of seeds...this wasn't one of them, but I can't recall what I seeded (spring sow) in this spot so I don't even know which vendor to ask!

Thank you! It looked familiar...but I always thought Zinnia were bigger-the flowers on these can't be bigger than 1/2" across.

There are lots of different zinnias, some are much bigger. Yours looks like a sweet one.

That's Zinnia angustifolia (aka Z. linearis) ...one of my all time favorites. Colors are very limited, but they are a long lasting, disease free, non-fading spot of color in any sunny border. NO deadheading required. I especially like the white....it w8 very bright all summer long; a perfect contrast to the other colors in my perennial/annual garden.

For those not familar with this plant, it grows into a little mound...spreading about as wide as it is tall. Thrives best in the full sun.

I think it's Zinnia haageana.
