I received a rose that was supposed to be George Burns but as you can see from the bloom it isn't. Can anyone identify this rose?

Is it a climber? What sort of rose is it, hybrid tea, floribunda, Davis Austin or whatever? Looks a bit like the climber 'Altissimo' to me

Looks like a rootstock rose such as 'Scarlet Fire'.
