Seen plenty of 'toad stool's around the farm before but never found these before. Any help?

I don't know much about fungi, especially N American ones, but this looks like a puffball of some species. Whether good or bad depends on what you mean. Do you mean can you eat it? All toadstools are good in the sense that they play a vital part in breaking down organic matter and forming soil.

Just don't want to hear that it's signs of bad things in the yard since I've never noticed growth like this in the almost 4 decades that I have been visiting the property.

No, on the contrary, mushrooms can be a sign of healthy soil with underground micro organisms that help trees and shrubs be their best. The mushroom is just the fruiting body of that underground thing.

I cheer when I see a mushroom in my yard!

Looks like a puffball, but they don't get very large. It's a good sign, like everyone else says. You have decaying organic matter in your yard, and that's good.
