| This ugly weed is trying to take over the yard. It pulls out pretty easily, but there are hundreds of them...
What is it? Any good ways to keep it from spreading aside from not letting it get to seed? Thanks, vince |

| Agreed. "White man's foot" is a favorite medicinal in our house. Plantain is pretty unoffensive as a "weed" in your lawn. Mows down along with the grass and it spreads only by seed unlike some other lawn weeds. FataMorgana |

| As far as eradication - pull it out before it sets seeds (which is that spiky part in the center). |

| Thanks, Plantain it is. I wish it was suitable to pull out and use in my salad, it's so darn common in my yard. But I do see where pulling it out will help.... vince |
