| Your first plant looks like Mulberry weed, Fatoua villosa. The second looks like Hackberry, Celtis occidentalis. |

| Can't be Fatoua villosa (Mulberry weed) which has an alternate leaf arrangement. #1 OP's plant has opposite leaves. Agree with Celtis (Hackberry) |
