Another pic!

You need a pic of the entire plant. Reminds me of a lot of very different plants at this point. Maybe a species of Podocarpus is my best guess.

Oh, sorry, I did not see the first picture for whatever reason.

I am gonna say that that looks like an Araucaria bidwillii. Leaves are quite prickly, aren't they?!

if NJ is correct ... it is a conifer.. a tree ...

it is not a houseplant... and is consequently suffering ...

see link to its vast potential ...

and by such.. understand.. it is not happy in that tiny pot ...

when is the last time the media was changed out???

you might gain some ground by discussing this in the conifer forum ... and also the houseplant forum ...

it would help for you to mention you are in Thailand ... perhaps it could go outdoors ... personally .... i have no clue ...

Should be hardy enough outside in Thailand, though many Araucaria do seem to resent humid heat. Not sure of their success indoors, remember, other tropical and subtropical trees are grown indoors (Ficus, Citrus, Avocado, etc.). But it could use a bigger pot. You describe its leaves as dusty. Are you sure that's dust, looks like it was sun burned before it could acclimate to the sunlight.
