From Creeping Cucumber has completely different leaves.

It really look like normal cucumber and I observe it since many years, but no fruits, and not even flowers!

This vine is growing in your garden in Italy? (Location always helps) Did you plant seeds or starts for it or is it a volunteer? When was it planted? Has the vine ever bloomed and if so, do you have a picture of the flower?

I know you must be frustrated but just be patient and someone will give you an ID. Please provide as many details as possible.

I do agree with you that the leaves in your pictures don't look like the foliage found on the creeping cucumber images I looked at when I Googled Melothria pendula.

Perhaps something in the pumpkin or gourd family? They tend to flower once vines are quite long....

The vine has never bloomed, for what I know.

I have it already since few years.

I can only guess these vines are sterile if they have never bloomed or fruited. Truthfully, I'm at a loss to be any help. Is it possible you have just overlooked any small blooms?

My suggestion at this point is for you to post your pictures in the GW Vines Forum and hopefully, a knowledgeable member will recognize your vines.

Check Bryonia dioica. White Bryony. That is a perennial vine which grows in Italy. If your plant is male it will not produce the typical red berries.
