 o
Palicourea Sp. ID?

At least I think that's the genus. This species grows around 2000m on the eastern slope of the Western Cordillera of Colombia in Valle de Cauca department. It seems to grow in previously disturbed forest such as near road cuts. I'd like to find out what species it is.

the genus is right, getting down to the species may require keying it out. you might check the links to species found here to compare
