Yes, Impatiens balsamina aka Balsam. This one is normally grown outdoors.

Lovely lovely old fashioned garden balsams...my grandmother always grew these.

Lovely Balsam, there. I haven't seen that color before amongst my Balsams- very nice.

To keep it blooming, you'll want to pinch off its seed pods, but I do recommend letting some of the seed pods develop eventually and then saving the seed. The seed pods are 'explosive' like those of many other Impatiens... Unless you live in an extreme climate, you should be able to plant some seeds outdoors in the garden, if you have one.
