| This has a fine texture and appears at the edge of the lawn by the road. It appears to be ready to flower. Plants do not run but sprawl over time. Any thoughts? thank you. |

| Is the area somewhat shady? Not sure, but you might compare to red fescue, Festuca rubra. hortster |
