Name That Plant!

looks like a spider?

Another one planted by neighbour who moved.
I searched for similar pictures online and at first thought it might be a hemerocallis but there isn't a lily and leaves aren't yellow. And then I thought it was like a spider plant but the leaves don't seem to branch from a centre crown. Any ideas?

Looks like ribbon grass, Phalaris arundinacea.

Thank you hortster. I looked up ribbon grass and it definitely looks like what I have.
