Name of this tree in Florida

Took some cuttings off this tree today as it is growing into the road in my neighborhood. I have no idea what it is but I have a great spot for it in my yard so. Love the flowers on this. This tree is as wide as it is tall, about 8' both ways. I have seen much taller specimens tho.

Nice. Grand name, royal poinciana. Thanks so much Carol.

Before you plant it in your yard, be aware that it has shallow, wide-spreading roots that can damage sidewalks and foundations, and which do not allow underplantings. Also, it's always shedding brittle branches and it can escape cultivation via the numerous seeds that sprout readily. I've attached a link to an info sheet.

Here is a link that might be useful: Delonix regia

Consider planting a 'smaller version' Caesalpinia pulcherrima, which in Florida should bloom year round. There are at least four colors available.
