| This plant/flower blooms early spring, once the plant becomes top heavy and lays on the ground, I cut the plant down to it's base. I have not been able to identify this plant. I know it has a hollow stem base, attracts butterflies, and hummingbirds. The plant has come back each year without fail.
The plant is featured in the picture is red and tall, they get about 3 feet tall. Could someone help me identify this plant/flower? |

| TY, I am forever grateful. I have been trying to identify this plant off and on for the last 2 years. Now I know and will read up on it. |

| It's in bloom for me right now, so interesting to me that it would be an early spring bloomer for you. |
