Vine in West central FL

Seen growing in a weedy, woodsy area near a parking lot in South Pinellas county. leaves have soft & fuzzy surface & flowers fleshy & pale green & what looked like small gourd-shaped seedpods forming. You can get an idea of relative size from the chain link fence.

Thanks! That really looks like the correct answer - those flowers are very distinctive. I did not check for milky sap, but now I may revisit to see if the blooms are fragrant as well - it's @ a nearby Target store, so I'll be there again soon, I think = J
