One of my facebook friends posted it as Blackeyed Susan.

I suspect that's what it is, Rudbeckia hirta. I found one like this the other day amongst a number of 'normal' black eyed susans.

Rudbeckia hirta Hard to say which of the red cultivars but it could be Cherry Jubilee or Cherry Brandy.
