The person who gave me this plant called it Kitten Ear but I cannot find anything called by that name. Beautiful little plant would like to know the name of it.

It looks like a wandering Jew. Never heard kitten ear plant before, that's cute. (;

Tradescantia... remind me of Tradescantia pallida, aside from the color, Tradescantia fluminensis cultivar?

Tradescantia sillamontana seems likely. It's even called "kitten ears"

No luck on "kitten ear" plant, and of course "cat's ear" is something entirely different.**

But apparently Cyanotis somaliensis is aka "pussy ears" and "furry kittens." Also "teddy bear plant," though less often.

The sites with the best info and a decent photo are all classed as "spam" by GW, but here's one:

Thanks CaraRose I looked up both names you gave me and Tradescantia sillamontana is exactly my plant. Thanks for being so quick to answer and be right to the point.
