Mystery plant

I let this plant grow on the edge of a wood-side flowerbed because of it's unusual leaves. Now it appears to be ready to bloom with flowers similar to what one expects from a PeeGee hydrangea.and they look pale green or almost white. Bees seem to love it. It's leaves resemble something closer to a miniature sumac,. Can anyone help me identify it? Thanks.
