Coneflower?

I planted some coneflower seeds in spring in this area. Just not sure if these are coneflower seedlings. I heard they are difficult to germinate. The leaves look very similar and have the same texture.

Yes, the seedlings too. But the middle flower appears infected with virus, so does the flower on the left.

The virus is either Aster Yellows or a similar virus; both are described at the link. If you click on the photos on the linked site, you'll be able to see more details of how flower centers can be affected.
