Name That Plant!

small yellow flowers

Could you help me id this tall "weedy" species? Leaves are toothed, flowers are small and yellow, on a stalk, and it is growing in a swampy, open, roadside area in the NC mtns. It is sharing the area w/jewel weed (so very wet), joe pye and queen's anne's lace.

First pic is the whole plant followed by pics of leaves and flowers.

Agrimony. Possibly Agrimonia parviflora.
