Hey,

This one has small pink flowers. Has small twig like branches that are fairly brittle.

It looks like abelia.

As your one has pinkish flowers, it could a variety named 'edward groucher'

Yes it is an abelia. Although Edward Goucher is a commonly available and known abelia, having pink flowers do not necessarily id it as such. Below is a photo of my Abelia x grandiflora 'Sherwoodii'. 'Sherwoodii's flowers look very like 'Edward Goucher's in shape and color.
