Name That Plant!

It's on the tip of my tongue...

Could anyone help me with the name of the vertical variegated plant in the front right of this photo? I saw it in a catalog recently, but for the life of me can't recall which one or it's name. I do recall it was a tender perennial and that's about it. Thanks in advance!
