Wildflower - you didn't really give us much to go on. I think Ken's comment wasn't so bad, given that we can tell what the background is pretty clearly but really can't see what the plant is at all. Some clearer photos, of the plant, foliage and stem, preferably growing outside could be really helpful.

Agree that a clearer pic would help....never the less, it could be one of the Gentiana cultivars....
