Name That Plant!

What's this tree?

This tree is growing up right next to the fence on my neighbor's property. He doesn't know what kind of tree it is. It's a nice looking tree that is now getting big enough so the top branches are starting to come into my back yard air space. I wonder if it may be coming up with pretty flowers, or perhaps some edible fruits in the future... Can someone tell me what is it, please?

WOW... It looks like the tree of heaven is far from heaven. I'll try to convince my neighbor to take it out. Thanks a lot guys!

Unsuitable for that setting--it will eventually deform the masonry and fence. There is likely a much larger, mature tree of this type in your neighborhood, as the seeds are windblown and not carried by birds. If your tree is a female, thousands of seeds will rain down and drill into crevices and soils, starting dozens of new seedlings. The mature seed is actually shaped like a drill bit tip.
