Saw this lovely plant growing in a Central New York town. I would love to know what it is. Can anyone help?

looks like white campanula, maybe White Clips?

Think it's one of the "Sparkler" petunias. Bred for star-shaped blooms.

Thanks everyone for helping identify this pretty plant, it is Browallia and I think the variety is called "Silver Bells." I'm going to enjoy having this in my garden next year.
