Here is another close up photograph. Hopes this helps.

Think it's one of the "Sparkler" petunias. Bred for star-shaped blooms.

My first thought was browallia.

Thanks everyone for helping identify this pretty plant, it is Browallia and I think the variety is called "Silver Bells." I'm going to enjoy having this in my garden next year.
