This plant is growing in my neighbor's lawn. It's pretty, wondering if it would make a good lawn substitute, wondering if it's evergreen. But need to know what it is first. Anyone know? Also just FYI, I think it's the same thing that is planted on the US Capitol lawn, I was at a concert there last year and I think it was the same stuff. Don't know if the planting was intentional or accidental. Anyway thanks for any help you can give!
