ID these two plants

Came across these two unusual plants today and wanted to learn more. The plant/tree with all the seeds just got my curiousity, because of all the seed pods but the 2nd one, with the yellow flowers was pretty nice.

I'm going to suggest plumeria for the second one. But I've been wrong the last two times I gave an ID, so we'll see....

Sesbania punicea perhaps.

Thank you all for putting names to these for me. Yes mytime and plantwizard I definately think #2 is a plumeria. Beautiful, have to get one.....

The 2nd was is Sesbania punicea as suggested by saltcedar. That one looked like it would be easy to propagate by the looks of all the seeds but is particularly invasive from what I've read so I think I'll pass on trying to grow that one.
