Weeping Snow Fountain Cherry Tree? Or Pink?

Hi. My parents recently purchased a tree to put in their front yard. The tree they were trying to buy is a Weeping Snow Fountain Cherry tree but I believe it's a Double Flowering Weeping tree. It was the last one at a local garden center and it didn't have a tag on it. Here are some pictures of it. It's about 6' from the top of the root ball to the top of the tree.

is it planted there... or just holding it for a better planting spot????

if planted .... what is their plan when it covers the sodewalk .. and is an 8 to 10 foot circle of greenery??/

Hi Ken, it's not planted there. It's currently in its pot and I took the picture on the walkway where it's sitting till I figure out if it's a Snow Fountain Cherry or a Double Weeping Cherry. If it's a Snow Fountain it will be planted about 6' from a walkway. If it's a Double Weeping Cherry it will be returned.
