Unknown plant, probable native.

Found this growing locally (upstate NY). Plants were well into seed production stage (seeds were nearly mature but yet to change color when I took this photo at the end of July). The flowering stalks were more than 3' in height. The seed heads reminded me of queen anne's lace or ground elder, but I am fairly certain it is neither of those (Queen Anne's lace is currently in bloom and the seeds were different/larger than Aegopodium. Any ideas what it could be?
