Lake Side Plant ID Help

Found near a reservoir.
Thanks for the help,

1. This first one was in woods near the water, but not close.

2. This one was along a road. Most of the blooms were gone, and the long stems with seeds were all that was left. May be a common that I just did not recognize

The second one is a native spirea such as Spiraea alba, I think.
