| Please tell me what this is, I was in the woods around ferns, poison ivy, and came upon this.
This plant has lost all it's leaves and is laying flat on the ground with this berry at the end. Someone told me that it might be ginsing, I have never seen it before and have no idea. Thanks a lot for taking the time to look at it.
