shrub ID

This shrub has tiny greenish white flowers in spring which do not last very long, perhaps a day. The berries start out bell or trapezoid shape and green. As they start to turn red they also fill out and become rounded. They end up black or dark purple and perfectly round. Leaves are often very finely toothed. The shrub does not have diseases and if left unpruned will grow about 10 ft trall. It is in part shade. The shrub is at a 40 year old house but no one knows when it was planted. Ideas about ID so far are honeysuckle, glossy buckthorn and cotoneaster. Let me know if you need additional photos or more information. Thanks.
