Hi,

This was a volunteer that came up last year and I liked it so I let it stay. Upright bushy plant, yellow flowers are open in the mornings and close up sometime during the day. It was split down the middle in a recent storm and doesn't look so nice from all angles any more and it's getting a little too big. I'm debating if I want to save/move it when I start re-landscaping the area soon. Thanks in advance!

Second pic of the whole thing. (Is there a way to upload more than one pic in the original post?)

I think I've got the answer. Turnera ulmifolia. Anyone concur?
