| I am helping this little old lady across the street. She said that this plant is growing everywhere and wants to get rid of it. She doesn't know what it is called. I think it looks beautiful. It gets around 2-3 feet tall. Maybe a little taller. However, there are some that are flowering that are less than 12" tall. What is it?
