4 ft long plants with blue flowers starting to emerge?

These have been growing all spring and summer long.Just last week they started to get these blue flowers at the tops.
The ones next to the carport are 4 ft tall and i have some infront of the house that are only half the size for some reason.
Does anyone know what they are named?
